Dear Readers of Truth, Below I recycle some documentation on Rayelan's history. After hubby Gunther Russbacher was arrested she decided he would be easier to deal with in jail and abandoned him. Not that Gunther was much of a prize. He appears to be a psychopath, not a hero of any kind.
But, as you will see, Rayelan recycles her lies to save herself from having to think up new ones.

In the early 90s Rayelan and Gunther were scamming the readers of the Phoenix Project out of thousands of dollars.

Disinformation agents always position themselves as patriots. 80% of the content will generally be legitimate so you will swallow the 10 - 20% which are whoppers the agent is paid to insert into the public's consciousness.
Rayelan endlessly reuses the material on Gunther. But this was not a romance, it was an assignment designed to get her cover for her badly botched attempt to compromise Senator Claiborne Pell in 1989.

In 1998 Rayelan the Magnificent was married to Major David Kooker, who brought with him into marriage BENEFITS and a retirement income. Kooker financed the beginnings of RMN which had nothing to do with Gunther Russbacher. Rayelan is lying because a 20th year anniversary sounds more impressive than an 17th year anniversary.The URL was purchased in 1998 but it was not online until 1999.
A paper newsletter was sent out to subscribers for a short while, according to Raye. Has anyone ever seen a copy?
About Gunther -Gunther returned from being incarcerated for fraud in Austria for a scam wherein he stole credit card information to be used to pay for a posh life style as the soon to installed as the Arch Duke. or that he was really a CIA Agent who had nothing to do with these crimes? I've been doing RMNews since 6.6.96. I never expected it to be around over 20 years. What I expected was an early retirement in Austria. But the best laid plans can go horribly awry... and they did. I left Austria penniless and arrived home with no job, no money and no way of continuing to publish and print RMNews.
I landed a job at an answering service, and as I licked my wounds, I began receiving "intel" from several men who were friends of my husband, Gunther Russbacher. Within a month I had a 20 page magazine ready to mail out.

Over the years different people noticed RMNews and several wanted to be part of it. We now have around 100 RMNews Agents...(this is what we call our reporters). We also have an all around general manager who keeps the site up and running and handles most of the stuff we receive from readers. He posts under the name "hobie"... no capital "H".... which I believe shows his humility.
One of the things that I have never grasped is how to raise the money that is needed to pay all the bills each month. Over the years I've thought about charging a fee but I realize that some people who read RMN aren't able to pay anything, others are afraid to have their email associated with RMN for fear the government will find out who they are. Lord knows an RMNews Agent must have the guts of our founding fathers, and since most of my sources come from the United States Navy, our RMNews agents do well to have the mind set of John Paul Jones, "I have not yet begun to fight!" "
