Legends of the Fall is a website and growing organization dedicated to providing information on the Dark Angels, today known as psychopaths, sociopaths, and psi-vampires, who were previously identified as demons and other forms of evil entities.  

Here, methods for victims to recover from the frauds, thefts, and predations of psychopaths and Psi-Vampires are provided as we identify them.  The site also provides a different context for understanding what is happening today as collective consciousness undergoes the changes which reflects in every part of our world.  

When you look at her photo you understand how difficult it is to believe she is anything but what she appears to be, an aging woman whose time is taken up with shopping for 'things which might be valuable,' eating out, and playing out the fantasy life she has built for herself by hiring itinerant handymen and cleaning women who, for a time, function as her friends and supporters.  These may become energy victims themselves or provide for her other needs.  

Rayelan looks like anything but a predator, but that is what she is. Rayelan is a psychopathic Psi-Vampire whose connections to the CIA appear to have been in place for far longer than she has run RMN as a disinformation site. Psychopaths, like anyone, may reveal things about themselves if you just listen.

The Rayelan Strategy

Rayelan, is a Deep Feeding psi-vampire. Deep Feeding, according to PsychicVampire.org, a site maintained to train newly awakened Psi-Vampires defines this as, “Deep feeding- feeding off a specific persons core soul energy.” The section of the site, Feeding, goes on to state this is a component of, Tendril Feeding.

Additionally, the section says, “ This technique of feeding is more advanced and is what most psychic vampires use, because it is less  readily detectible.  (This comes in especially handy if the culture you psi from is aware of psychic vampires)...  I will attempt to explain some various uses of the tendril technique.

From what I've experienced all Psychic vampires have psi-tendrils... Some have chosen to develop the skill, others remain with the head heart hand technique..  They are generally grayish in appearance, though some see it as other colors (perception). Of Course once moving on to this level, you realize that the hands and the directional feeding technique, simply serve as a focus for your tendrils.

The psivampire site carefully edges around the ramifications, as the authors know perfectly well the public can access this resource. 

Avoiding detection by the 'host' (read this victim as no permission is given by the unwitting individual) is used by Rayelan once she has secured access to an individual whose energy she can then consume until they die.

This strategy offers the opportunity to secure the property of the victim as they grow ever weaker. Rayelan 'cares' for them as their health fails  at the lowest possible cost to herself, while establishing a reputation as a kind person who selflessly helps others in need. 

When necessary, Rayelan slanders and libels her victim, fabricating scenarios in which she is always the victim.  This gets problematical for her because she must remember which lies she has told to which people.   

This constitutes the 'Face' outlined in the material from the FBI, which Rayelan presents to the world. Her's is a variation of the strategy common to psychopaths and the sub category of Psi-Vampires.
