(hobie here.) Thanks for your note, which I expect speaks for many. The things you've touched on are of course things I've looked at and considered for myself. Here are my thoughts:
Yes, she's getting older. Me, too. :)
In earlier days, Rayelan paid all RMN expenses out of her own pocket, providing it for everyone. As things changed in her living, which included quitting a job to be primary caretaker for her mother, she could no longer afford to do that.

       January 25 -   Rumor Mill News comes on line.  Rayelan is living in Watsonville,
                                 California, a middle class development outside of Santa Cruz.

       November 9 - Rumor Mill News is now consistently online and looks like THIS

       October 4     -  A record is created through Network Solutions for the URL

 Raye was paid to take care of her mother, having arranged this with the local social services.  Her husband, David Kooker, was paying for everything related to RMN.

        October 5 - Major David Lee Kooker, Rayelan's husband, dies.   

Raye, without David to put his foot down, when on a spending spree, using the money for repairs to her kitchen, covered by her insurance, to do a make over of a modest home in a blue collar area which could never be recovered by increasing the sale price of the home and which drastically raised her operating expenses.  

The effort was made to support the site with Google AdSense ads, and that worked quite well for a time - until RMN became one of the earliest examples of being "de-platformed" when Google abruptly cut us off from their AdSense service.

Raye decided it was better to beg and be paid to kill me.  As it turns out, this was a stupid move on her part. 

(The appearance was that they had actively looked for an excuse to do that. One of the things they pointed to was a post in the RMN Archive from 8 years earlier that included photos of the damage that could result from the bite of a Brown Recluse spider. They said this was contrary to the "no gore" restriction stated in their terms of service.)
Oddly coincidental, this was at about the same time that a hacker, taking advantage of a software vulnerability in the server's operating system, managed to get in and delete 300,000 posts. The effect of that was that RMN also began disappearing, fading away from search engine results. That in turn made RMN less attractive to other advertisers.

Hobie did this to eliminate evidence of the frauds perpetrated by RMN on investors to their RMN Family Park.  They stole thousands and were afraid this would be reported. 

And, all that was going on around the same time that Raye was dealing with an unwanted house guest, whose antagonistic behavior was greatly increasing utility bill costs that Raye was obliged to be responsible to pay.

Raye begged me to come, which I did only reluctantly.  She was being paid by  a group who wanted me dead.  Read NEOCONS and also THIS PAGE  scroll down to 2011, July

I had been posting, and had been requested to do so, for years and barely knew Raye.  She begged me for help, and everything she said was a lie intended to lead to my death.  

The stress of not being able to oust that unwanted house guest probably set the stage for health issues Raye is now dealing with, years later.

Raye had all of the readers well conned then.  I put up the evidence and many realized they were being had.  Today, all of us know the CIA does not have good guys and bad guys, they are all about serving the elite and destroying ordinary Americans.  

If someone had deliberately set out to destroy Rumor Mill News, that combination of financial upsets and psychological stresses might well have been expected to do it. Yet, we're still here.
In earliest days, RMN was a pretty tightly-knit community. The Agents all knew Raye personally, as did many of the Readers, and it felt very much like a family, all pulling together to "shine the light", exposing the creepy-crawlies that had been hiding in the dark corners of the room. Rayelan was the first to speak of the Factions, working to further opposing goals behind the scenes, and in particular of Faction 2's long-term plan to take down the Federal Reserve and dethrone the folks back of it.

How can anyone today believe this idiotic propaganda?  Raye was born a conartist.  Read about her early life, one deceit after another. 

Today, not everyone of the Agents and not everyone who visits here has particular awareness of and relationship with Rayelan. But I believe Raye still thinks of the RMN Agents and Readers as family and friends. :) Which is why she's so free in talking about her personal trials and tribulations. That, and she's essentially transparent in her dealings with others anyway. :)

Does Raye ever provide anything which proves to be accurate?  No.  She is a propaganda operations and was from the start.  She is aging, but continues to refuse to take care of her future by cutting her expenses and accepting reality.   Hobie, Jeff Gordon of Atlanta Georgia, has the same kind of history.  He is also covered on this site. 

How does reading about supposed events which can never be proves and confound rationality be believed?  If you want to know the facts and protect yourself reduce your operating expenses, put in a garden, and know that Social Security is going away and they are about to steal your retirement.  

There are many con-artists in the world who sell you lies.  But no one you paid for information, "insider stuff", is going to help you when it hits the fan.  

Ponder this with me: Ben Fulford has a by-subscription membership arrangement at this own website. That arrangement is why we post a portion of his weekly reports on Monday and then the full reports on Thursday. Most of the article is 'embargoed', available only to subscribers, during those intervening days.
Members to Fulford's site pay $11 a month. Now, here are a few questions about that:
- How much money is Fulford realizing from that, each month?
- How is that money being spent?
I'd expect we all feel the answer to that first question is, "I don't know - and it's none of my business!" :) A price is stated; there's expectation of such-and-such benefit to be realized from paying it; and that's all anyone needs to know.
Second question: Almost the same answer. "It's none of my business what Fulford as site publisher does with the money coming in from subscription payments." No doubt he's paying hosting and perhaps webmaster expenses with it, and probably his Internet connection, and perhaps his smart phone and/or computer costs and perhaps a separate phone bill. But he could also be buying new clothes, tires for his car, maybe a Netflix subscription, etc., etc. And we wouldn't begrudge him any of it.

Is this an argument that RMN - Raye - is a cheaper disinformation site?  What difference does  it make when they are all lying to you?

So what's different here?
- The Fundrazr shows everyone how much money is coming in.
- Rayelan is forthcoming about what at least some of her expenses are.
- We don't embargo anything. :)

Hobie - Jeff, you don't embargo because you are selling fluff with no legitimate content.  But I'm sure that works for you.

Would you let some mice keep you from getting to work, if it actually was much work to sit at your computer occasionally and whine for money?  Always vague reasons, always more, more, more.  Listen up.  Raye just admitted she has medical coverage.  Why was she always asking for more?  Her coverage is through her deceased husband, Kooker, and it pays for everything.  Raye told me so, boasted about it.  And she treated a trip to the hospital like a vacation, loved the attention and, I now know, loved the fresh energy sucks she could get from her attendants.  Think about that for a moment.  Raye  is also sucking on you. It was like she had gotten a hit on a drug every time she picked up the mail and found a check from one of you.  She looked like she was on drugs at that moment.  Creepy.  It was one of the things which made me start thinking about what was really going on.

The same thing happened when the money came through online.  So, you think about that.  Also, think about those feelings of confusion and weakness when she picks the money up.  Examine your meridian lines and points. Vampires drill in there to get more energy. 

For your own safety, do not give her money.  Protect yourselves.  And DEMAND to see the bills and know who she says she is paying.

I am at home in the new country house. The sunrises and sunsets are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. If it were not for the mouse infestation this house would be perfect. But because of the mouse invasion, I have been spending my time hunting and killing mice. I think the tide may be turning for me because I no longer find mouse poop on my kitchen counters. I know there is at least one of the critters left because I saw him come out of one of my chest drawers. Neither I nor the dogs could catch him. A few hours later he was climbing up my drapes, which are behind my headboard, and making a beeline for the dog treats I keep on my nightstand.
The dogs went after him. Isn't it nice that my dogs are part rat terrier... Rat terriers were bred to hunt down rodents and kill them. And that is what they have been doing. In addition, I am catching them in a special trap that allows me either to catch and release somewhere else on the property, or catch and then drop in a bucket of water.
At first I was walking all the way to the end of the property... (11 acres)... and freeing them near the pond. Since this has been going on since May, I have given up catching and releasing. I now dump them in a bucket of water that I keep on the back porch for just such a thing.
Before I started actually killing them, I tried everything else I could find... from peppermint plants and peppermint essential oils, to trying to talk to the "mouse king" and telling him that his children are not welcome in my home. Nothing has worked completely.
I believe the mouse population has decreased because I no longer am finding their poop on the kitchen counters.
At somepoint in my mouse-daze, I started vomiting. I was able to stop it with some pills the doctor gave me... but the moment I was out of pills, the sickness returned. A friend who knew of the mouse infestation asked me if I had thought that my vomiting might be "rat bourne". Well, the cute little mice aren't rats... but they can also pass a "rat bourne" disease that causes you to throw up. At the moment I can't remember the name of it.
In addition to throwing up for months, I developed a flu-like illness. Cough... congestion... aches and pains. I know there is nothing that an MD can give for the flu or a cold so I just lived with it.... until it finally turned in to pneumonia.
I know that I was diagnosed with pneumonia one week ago because I just finished the 7 day antibiotic pack my doctor prescribed. Yes, there are times that those drugs which are made from things none of us want to know about... actually do some good.
Back when I believed I only had a bad cold, or at the most... the flu... I went to my chiropractor who offers a number of treatments... none of which are covered by my insurance. I really thought I was getting better so I continued with the treatments until one day I simply couldn't breathe. It must have been a weekend because I went to the ER instead of seeing my personal doctor who is an osteopath. That's how I found out I had pneumonia instead of the flu.
I am on the road to recovery. I believe my lungs are finally clear... but the exhaustion is mighty. It's all I can do to sit at this computer and write anything. And even when I do sit to write, I can't sit too long because I slipped on the stairs to the basement and bruised my tail bone. Evidently it takes a very long time for a bruised tailbone to stop bothering a person.
There, in a nutshell is where I have been and what I have been doing with my time.
I just checked my bank account and found that I am $800.00 overdrawn. When my Veteran's Widows Benefits arrive, I won't have enough left over to pay the rent or electric bill.
If the Fundrazr widget can be filled up to the $3,000 mark, I will have enough to pay the rent for the RMN office... aka... my house in the country... the electric bill and some more payments on the RMN server. I still can't believe I forgot to pay for the server for almost four months.
If you can help asap, it will mean the world to me.

The Rayelan Report Update

My editor, Jennifer, decided we need more detail on the physical symptoms of PsiVamp attacks so here it is. This outline will serve for the chapter in the book titled, “Cannibals of the Spirit.”

The combination of lack of empathy and conscience and energy cannibalism, this is now the new term, replacing the several variations on 'vampire,' for a demonic entity who lives by stealing the life energy from others. Our book will be the first to use the new term and explain why it more accurately explains the phenomenon.

Rayelan is slightly unusual because she combines the psychopathic lack of conscience and empathy, neurological conditions which have now yielded to electronic documentation via such technologies as fMRI, among others.

The energy draining aspeect of her behavior is also at the extreem end because she is what is referred to as a 'deepfeeder,' meaning she sets inserts energetically and then uses these thereafter to suck out the energy of her victim. Deepfeeders generally kill off their victims and as an extension of the psychopathic behavior also steal their property as they grow weaker toward the end of the process, which is excruciatingly painful for the victim.

Entities like Rayelan, it is essential we stop thinking of them as human, when they have access to retirement and benefits, will falsify information, fail to report death, so they can continue to obtain funds through these sources.

Learning how to stop the deepfeeding involves gaining psychic control over your own energy system and eliminating the insertions. This is done through deep mediation and exercise which eliminates what we are calling the RayeToxi, or Rayelan Toxicity, which is used by the entity to destroy the physical integrity of the victim's body.

In the case of Rayelan Allen AKA Darlene Rae Smith and other names, this was done to gain control and also out of spite. Rayelan is enormously fat and unattractive and resented having someone around who wore clothing more than ten sizes smaller that did she.

Insertion Points

Rayelan chose the insertion points to alter the make up of my body. This became one of the markers which eventually awakened me to what was going on. I had been slender, with a flat abdomen, all of my life, going home after a C-Section to wear my pre-pregnancy clothing. So suddenly having a belly, like Rayelan's but not enclosed in the nearly steel sheath of corset which Rayelan routinely wears, was one of many shocks.

Insertion points were in the groin, one on each side in the public area, and in two sets up the abdomen, the last being right under the rib cage.

The book will graph these in the several cases we are using as illustrations.

Rayelan has continued to slander me to new people she draws in but it is clear she is in a downward spiral and growing daily more shrill and occasionally showing signs of what appears to be senility or symptoms of Alzheimer's.

I agree with Father Teo and his insights relating to the 'other entity' issue as to the nature of these de monic presences among humanity. Father Teo calls them 'dark angels,' entities who willfully turned away from God and so have consigned themselves to hell and an end of their separate consciousness.

Father Teo says this is the choice they have made, and represents the logic of a life-times of choices which, now that the consciousness is rising, they could not change without abandoning all of the habits and indulgences which are normal to them.

Thanks, Father Teo, for your insights and assistance in understanding what was happening to me. The PsiKiller technique may well account for the diminishments in Rayelan's functioning in multiple areas, a good thing which will protect other potential victims.

Interestingly enough, Father David mentioned his own experience with multiple demons in Bible Study this week.  Coincidence or spiritual communique?  Who knows.   

We are aiming for a court date to coincide with the release of the book, thus helping us develop a market for a very new take on the issue of psychopathy and the related PsiVamp/Energy Cannibalism issues.

Further Insights on Rayelan (AKA Darlene Rae Smith, and so on.) AVOID BEING A VICTIM!!!!

As a public service, and to ensure as few people as possible are victimized by Rayelan, I am providing here an outline of the highly repetitive strategy she follows to secure the trust and compliance of individuals who then provide her with the sustenance, and cover, she desperately needs.

Rayelan is an energy vampire, something I had never heard of until, desperate because of the constant pain and health problems I encountered immediately after arriving in Ashtabula to rescue Rayelan from conditions she painted as life-threatening to her, I began to experience these.  

Even then, I looked at every imaginable possibility before, reluctantly, considering that someone who told me so fervently she loved me like a sister could instead view me as prey.  

The pattern of deterioration took place while nothing else, except location, had changed in my life. I was continually exhausted, confused, and struggled to make sense of what was happening to me.  

I arrived in Ohio wearing 8 – 12 size clothes. Four months later I was struggling to fit into a size 20. I felt constantly drained. I could not safely stand on a chair to change a light bulb because of faulty balance, which had never before been the case.

My weight and physical conditioning had been stable over many years, through two heart attacks, surgery and other forms of trauma associated with the end of an abusive marriage. I had followed a regular regime for Yoga every day and walked. I exuded energy. Until my arrival, I remained mentally sharp and very able to focus on goals – until arriving in Ohio and beginning to work for Rayelan. Then, everything became a struggle. 

It did occur to me as strange that Rayelan ignored these changes and even seemed to enjoy pointing out to me I now had a belly, something I had never had even after giving birth, previously.  My eating habits had not changed one iota. 

It was her positive pleasure, not expressed verbally but visible on her face which caused me to wonder and look at her instead of such explanations as toxic water supplies which had been my focus.     

Barely able to move without excruciating pain I began to reflect on her early words to me upon my arrival as she told me she would live to be 150 years of age. “But you won't live long,” she said, almost dismissively. The shock of such a statement made so baldly and without explanation stunned me. But I asked, “Why do you say that?”

Remembering the look she gave me now sends chills up my spine.

Psychopathy is now a well understood phenomenon. But Energy Vampirism is only now coming into focus. These individuals, a form of demon, are also known as succubi, or PsiVampires, been largely considered to be mythical until recently. But individuals who claim these characteristics are now surfacing in significant numbers. Visit PsychicVampire.org and read “Resources/DeepFeeding.

The site is matter-of-fact, and provides in-depth insights from the viewpoint of PsiVampires.  This is only one of several such sites I have found while researching.  

Rayelan is a Deep Feeder, by preference. She likes to finish off her prey and move on to the next source of energy meals.

I discovered in my desperation that one of the signs of a PsiVampires, is shocking and rapid weight gain in the victim. This takes place because the mind and body reacts, trying to defend itself before understanding what is happening.

Rayelan's presenting strategy is to position herself always as a victim in desperate need of help. This is one of her dramas, a highly psychopathic characteristic. The list of these characteristics is HERE. 

While there appear to be PsiVampiric individuals who are not psychopathic these are constrained by conscience and empathy for the damage they do others.  This is not so with psychopaths.  

Dramas, used to elicit sympathy from the potential victims Rayelan is seducing, are essential to her strategy.  Rayelan is careful to sow distrust so the present victim does not talk to those she is grooming, either as prey or to support her in the 'drama' she is producing as a cover for her real motives.  Naturally, Rayelan is always the female lead.  Once you understand what is happening you can see she is always overplaying the role to some extent.  

Rayelan's drama includes isolating the victim as she begins her feeding process and then telling blatant lies about the individual. I had no idea what kind of lies she was telling about me until she enacted a drama in front of two of the people she had enlisted as her next set of victims. This is normal for Rayelan. One of these is now being drained of energy and is in failing health, himself as she begins her search for more supportive individuals, found and kept through gifts and other enticements.  

These are necessary to Rayelan, as these drop off rapidly when they are intelligent enough to see something is amiss and grow uncomfortable.  As is true with the legal process of depositions liars always reveal themselves.   

If you encounter Rayelan you will notice she is glib and superficial, talking about herself endlessly and repeating the same stories over and over again without even changing the words used. Claiming to be of noble descent she asserts she is the Arch-Duchess of Austria, among other impossibilities.

She lies outrageously and constantly, demonstrating a consistent calloused disregard of the well being of others when appearing to be nice is not necessary to the present drama.  

The fellow Rayelan is now using is evidently gay, I was told.  I had no idea this was the case until a congregant from a local church where acquaintances of Rayelan or this fellow attend told me.  

The conversation began on a harsh note when they asked asked why I hated homosexuals. This was a subject Rayelan and I had never discussed but the outrageousness of the lie astonished me. I actually joined the Republican organization for gays, The Log Cabin Club to show solidarity with gays even though I am, myself, entirely heterosexual. As a Libertarian activist many of my closest friends had been gay, many of these dying of AIDS while we were working together. I was asked to be the honor attendant for a gay couple who had found each other at my suggestion they were perfectly suited.  

The truth is entirely irrelevant to psychopaths. When encountering any psychopath believe nothing unless documentation is provided.  When you talk to Rayelan you will notice how sincere she seems when telling you the most incredible lies with a straight face.  

On this site you can read the letters written by one of the family of victims who immediately preceded me. I cannot fault anyone for being taken in.  Certainly I was. 

The previous victims managed to escape alive, something she clearly did not intend for me. However, when I met them all were heavily overweight and the one or two glimpses I had of them some time later revealed they had lost weight after ending their association with Rayelan. 

Dragging myself out of the pit, through the anguish of betrayal, physical pain, depression and fear was not something I like to think about – but I managed.  Today I am far better but far from well.

I am closing on my normal weight and learning to repel her attacks as I monitor and track her psi activities through her continued attempts to feed on me. I note the focus of these attempts, always on points of meridians and viciously carried out to block the normal flow of energy.  These techniques will be outlined more fully in the book I am writing about the experience. If I had not been forced  to stay by my fragile health I would have failed to deepen my understanding of the behavior of PsiVampires.  These experiences will make the book would be far more valuable to other victims.  

I understand the attitudes of these people, who have been lied to and manipulated  so egregiously.  I pray for them, and for Rayelan,  Please join me in this.  

A long time friend of mine, a former Catholic priest who now has a ministry which includes treating psychopaths has provided enormous insights in this study.  I recently wrote a short column about his work, which appears on Ashtabula Times, titled, No. 88 – March 13, 2014 – Legends of the Fall

The book will also delve into Rumor Mill News, as a disinformation site, and Rayelan's real trajectory through life, a very different story than you will read in Obergon Chronicles. If I had known about the book earlier things would have been different.

I don't know if it was a combination of Rayelan not being able to suck energy so easily from me, as I studied the techniques for self-protection, or my starting to write articles about energy vampires which clued her that I had caught on. But that is why she cancelled my posting privileges. That last article is also on Before Its News. Notice Rayelan's name was not mentioned. But she knew perfectly well of whom I spoke and began plans to destroy me by transferring my job to someone else, never mentioning this, and by beginning to covertly slander me.

As you are probably aware, the human consciousness is changing and we are waking up to things which, previously, we could not understand. In the not too distant future the theft of energy from victims will be recognized and those who prey on others in this fashion will meet consequences which are much deserved. It is coming.
