Agent 86 said, "Grifter Raye's monthly fictional soap operas, or, pay up rubes or I will take RuberMillNews away from you forever"

Now is the time to ask yourself if you really need the continual drama of Raye's whining.

Here are the subject she claims to keep you updated on in the order of importance she determined.  I'm going to reorder these a touch and add commentary.

Five Domains are Expiring

It's almost May 1st and suddenly I discover that five domains are expiring in early May. Rumor Mill News is one of them. What does this mean?
It means that someone else can come in and pay the domain fee for RMN and they will have a perfect site to promote themselves or their philosophy. In other words, we lose the right to use
As I've told you, my health is not good. I was in the hospital with heart problems again. The next day I had to drive to Cleveland, which is an hour away, for tests in a private lab. I was there 3 hours and poked and prodded more times than I want to remember. I won't know the results until the 5th. But I can tell by the way I feel that something new has gone wrong.
In addition to money for gas to make the trip to Cleveland again, I need money for food. The cupboards are almost bare, which means that none of us, humans and animals, will have enough money to buy a small hamburger at McDonalds.
Since I have no money for food without the contributions from RMN Readers, having even a little extra right now means that I can eat... but that will have to wait a bit because I need to renew my domains. Don't worry, I won't starve... I keep rice and beans around the house just for times like this.
The domains will probably be about $200... The utilities and phones are almost $500.00.
I'm going to have to stop writing now. I can only stay up for a few hours at a time. I'm also going to have to pray that you understand my need for money right now. If no money is raised, I could Maybe it is time to pull the plug. Maybe "the universe" is telling me that RMN has run its course.
Maybe it's time for me to think about moving on. Maybe this is true. Only YOU know the answer to this question.
Here's the fundrazer widget. If you want to continue reading RMN, you will have to take it upon yourself to help raising money each month. If each RMN reader takes on the responsibility of raising the money needed for everything connected with RMN.

Do you think RMN substantially covers these subjects?  (With commentary)

UFOs - If you are waiting for aliens to save you or worried they want you for lunch rest assured, the Pretend Princess of Obergon has no inside information.

The Apocalypse -  It refers to the second coming of the one known as Jesus.  "In the Septuagint version of the Hebrew Bible (written over a century before the time of Jesus), the word Christos was used to translate into Greek the Hebrew mashiach (messiah), meaning "anointed." (Another Greek word, Messias appears in Daniel 9:26 and Psalm 2:2.) Some use the name Yeshua. .This name corresponds to the Greek spelling Iesous, from which, through the Latin Iesus, comes the English spelling Jesus. The Hebrew spelling Yeshua (ישוע) appears in some later books of the Hebrew Bible.

Personally, I think this event is the reordering which will take place if we do what Yeshua told us to do.  Love One Another.  Try it.

Armageddon -
According to the Book of Revelation, Armageddon is the prophesied location of a gathering of armies for a battle during the end times

New World Order - Another word for Greedville (fill in your fav word), such as Bildebergers.
Political Analysis - Did any well researched, documented, insight of the present political paradigm ever appear on RMN?  No, except perhaps mine.
Alternative Health  - We need a data base on what works and how much it costs.  A free people would have this already.  But we still need to free ourselves from the Nasties (Greedvilliens or your fav) who conned us into their matrix of infrastructures.

Conspiracies - Greedvilliens conspire because it keeps the money rolling in.

Spirituality - No one has a lock on this.  All emotionally normal people (which lets out the folks running RMN), are on the same spiritual journey.  Read the articles in the Economist on psychopathy and the characteristics offered by the leading expert, Dr. Hare.

Psychopaths have no conscience and no empathy.  Practicing their ability to deceive is nature for them.  There is more informed information on the subject every week and this, you need to know.  Consider Raye and Hobie's assertions and match them to what really appears.  And remember the Iraqi Dinar!

Prophecies - Judge prophecies by the source and the accuracy of that source.  If they are generally wrong, ignore them politely.

Home Mortgages - RMN is not a good resource for the problem causing mortgage fraud.  The problem originates with the intention by (fill in your favorite name for those placed to manipulate our money) what I call Greedville.  If you are having a problem remember every relief offered by government or the banks comes with more ways to drain you.
Eventually, we will hold the guilty parties accountable.  Keep your records.  RMN is not a legitimate resource for this kind of information, some may blunder in because it is being reposted but Raye and her cohort are clueless.

Home Schooling - if you need information, google it.  You can find what you want on line rapidly.  RMN is not a good resource if this is your interest.

Does Raye provide something worth paying for?  Ask yourself.
URLS do cost, I know.  But I never ask anyone to pay for mine, neither should she.
Her's are from  I pay $10.17 a year for each of my URLs.

Ashtabula has good support for aging seniors so Raye can go to the food pantry there.
St. Peter's Church offers help on Tuesday nights - and she can get a nice little place in
The Tower near the church and keep her dogs.  And her good friend (former friend)
Jim lives there!  And another St. Peter's member who lives there is now supplying
organic food.  Perfect!

Raye asks this question.  Answer it for her: "Maybe it's time for me to think about moving on."

I vote it is time for Raye to move to the Tower and take up tatting.

  1. A rube (or perhaps a paid shill) comments after contributing to grifter raye's monthly scam.

Please don't give up! Cleveland Clinic works miracles -- I've seen 3 lb twin babies saved, heart issues solved, cancer and even Epileptic seizures cured. Rumor Mills has helped so many people with all the natural health care posts, news about GMO/Monsanto and vaccines. It is my favorite for alternative political news too, not to mention Zap! Is Hobie able to help a bit more with the website? I'd offer, but I have NO skills in that area. I promise to contribute again in 2 weeks when I am paid again. Will you be OK financially after the RV? Or do you need some currency - for I can/will share some with you. I have seen your PO Box address and have a general idea of where you live in OH, for I used to live in Sharon, PA - but in warm, sunny SC now. I will pray that the good Lord will heal your heart and all that ails you. Take care. Dorothy

    1. And say Hi to Toto for me? Perhaps Raye might like to have Dorothy, and Toto, come to live with her. Let's see how her health goes once she makes Raye her heir. Thanks, sskids.

  2. Grifter Raye has an income every month of $3000 from her last husband's social security and military pension plus another $2500 courtesy of the idiot rubes of rubermill.

So with a gross income of $5,500 per month, grifter raye cannot afford gas for her car, food for her table, (yet she remains at least 50lbs over weight), her routine utilities much less domain name renewals.

Someone needs to call adult social services to look in on grifter raye and her mysteriously poor financial condition. One month she told her readers (rubes) that she was shivering in the dark with her electricity shut off.

    1. Thanks, sskids. Raye's income is higher than that. She also has a pension from her 'teaching' evidently provided by Condit since she did not teach English as a second language long enough to have one on her own, according to her. Her income before that originating from her personal sources she told me was over $5,000 a month. And we do not know what she is bringing in from her other scams. RMN does not appear to be the only one she is running.

    2. It is tougher every day for those who focus on immediate gratification, sskids. Sad, isn't it?

  3. I doubt the Ashtabula Towers bus makes frequent outing trips to the Denny's at the truck stop up on I-90.

As far as this most recent attempt at Grift, if you look at my previous posts I believe I line by line predicted the things RaéLoon would be demanding money for, using the same old lies. Melinda, you also called truth that her dogs would soon once again become part of the grift.

Is it possible that RaéLoon is coming here to read, and pick up ideas for her scams? Are we actually aiding her in some way? If others believe this to be true, perhaps it is time to purse a different tact.

    1. I know for a fact that she at least used to read this blog. It was her mentioning the fact that she was being "slandered" on the net that had me seek Melinda out. I wanted to read what was being said.

I believed Raye's lies. Or at least I wanted to. I wanted to believe that someone was at least attempting to fight the good fight. So after a little bit of googling I found the blog Raye had mentioned that was darkening her name.

I then spent the next few days reviewing all the info in the timeline, phoenix files, and numerous other posts Melinda had made.

I now believe that someone is fighting the good fight. I no longer think it is Raye though.

Hoping you and yours are well 2W3X, and my best to you Melinda and Arthur also.

    2. Hi J~! I tried to respond a couple of days ago but my laptop was getting lousy connection. You have no ideas what you wrote meant to me; it brought tears to my eyes. It has been like a war with these people - and knowing they are still active and taking money from people is physically painful to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Seeing and hearing Raye talk dismissively about her 'Readers' shocked me when I arrived in Ohio. I remember one lady who sent her a five dollar bill once a month, all she could afford on her limited income. Her letter went into what she was giving up to keep donating that small amount. Seeing Raye spend it on some fries and a burger, chuckling as she did it, made me cringe.

People are waking up to the issue of psychopathy, we can see it happening, even with the number of hits for the word on Google. Your words have helped me keep going, and sometimes I really need that. Arthur and I are well and good things are happening. Thanks again, and be well. Melinda and Arthur.

    3. I meant every word of it. Good people are never alone in this world. I know you understand this.

      Much respect

    4. I know you did, J~. Thanks. Melinda

  4. Hi 2W3X4YZ5! I certainly hope not! I dod not seriously expect her to try to cram her possessions into one of those very nice units, however. But if she was really sick she could do that, reduce her costs, and still keep RMN active. But my experience with her was that she spent her time indulging herself and only occasionally even read RMN. Noticew it is designed so other people do the work and she keeps complete control she explains as necessary to keep from being trashed by the CIA. Funny.

Good to see you - and thanks for the comment. Melinda

  5. Looky here, domain names expired last January according to grifter Raye

Agent 86 said, "After exceeding the December fund scamming goal ($2,570) goal, Grifter Raye crawls out from under her rock to demand $400 to renew her domain names."
Isn't it nice that Raye no longer bothers to pretend she is anything but a greedy jerk who expects to be subsidized by her victims? Thanks, Agent 86!

I have bills to pay including paying for another year of domains. I just lost because I had no money when the notice arrived.
I hope I don't lose any of my remaining domains.
I need at least $400 to pay for everything that is due right now.

The Goodwill Store must have had some bargains that the grifter in chief just could not resist. Her income is over $3000 per month from her ex husband, plus the $2500 she grifted
and her rent is only $750. Where does the money go?
    Melinda Pillsbury-FosterJanuary 15, 2017 at 11:59 AM

If you had lived with Raye you would know she does not actually ready books, she reads tabloid magazine, piles and piles of them. Her other form of entertainment is catalogs filled with 'stuff.' When they start delivering by drone they will have to be careful not to damage the house with the deliveries of the most amazing strings of useless objects anyone has ever seen. Thanks for the comment!
    sskidsJanuary 16, 2017 at 11:57 AM

The standard grifter Raye markup has increased to a factor of 10. I looked up the renewal fees...$400 according to the liar Raye versus $35 for the actual fee for an overpriced renewal.

Interesting: Network Solutions' invisible pricing - Domain Name Wire ...
Aug 5, 2013 - Finding Network Solutions' pricing takes a lot of commitment. customers who use Network Solutions or are not very price sensitive (or price knowledgeable). That's how the companies are able to charge roughly $35 for a one year registration instead of the $10-$15 that most registrars charge.

You know Raye, money is no object when it is not your money paying the bills. Thanks!
    2W3X4YZ5January 18, 2017 at 9:08 AM

A really crafty grifter might say she is going to let the contributors own the domains. Has anyone thought of just buying up all the domains? Regardless of having a better than five thousand a month income, she is telling her readers they need to pay for her to retain ownership of the domains? If her victims cannot smell the stench of her corruption by this time, perhaps they deserve to continue being scammed. Let's let 2017 be the year some enterprising person decided to contact as many authors of articles which are reposted, and send authenticating intel on how she is guilty of copyright violations and fraud.

Hi 2W3X4YZ5, Many of Raye's supporters appear to have gotten the message. However, there are always suckers who do not come by often and more who simply ignore the story because they are otherwise focused. Also factoring into the longevity of RMN is the relative success of the Duplicitous Duo's other scams. This one will continue as long as they can squeeze out a scintilla of cash. Let's hope, as you say, this point is reached this year!
