These continual emails from Raye seem to reinforce that much of the money she asks for goes for the upkeep of herself, rather than solely for RMN. In addition. she appears to be getting older and not too well and perhaps should think of retiring. I am retired, live on a very limited income in a small but very convenient apartment. I pay all my bills on time and live with basics only. I have one 13-yr-old car which works fine. I do not have any excess baggage. It is very hard for me to understand how Raye should expect others to support her personal expenses. She needs to take care of herself in her old age and find someone else to run RMN if possible.

(hobie here.) Thanks for your note, which I expect speaks for many. The things you've touched on are of course things I've looked at and considered for myself. Here are my thoughts:
Yes, she's getting older. Me, too. :)
In earlier days, Rayelan paid all RMN expenses out of her own pocket, providing it for everyone. As things changed in her living, which included quitting a job to be primary caretaker for her mother, she could no longer afford to do that.

 1999
       January 25 -   Rumor Mill News comes on line.  Rayelan is living in Watsonville,
                                 California, a middle class development outside of Santa Cruz.

       November 9 - Rumor Mill News is now consistently online and looks like THIS

2003 
       October 4     -  A record is created through Network Solutions for the URL
                                 RUMORMILLNEWS.NET.  The registrant is Rayelan Allen, PO Box 95,
                                 Ashtabula, Ohio 44004 because it was updated on January 2, 2014.

       December 1  - David Lee Kooker and Raye Allen Kooker take out a DBA for RUMOR
                                MILL NEWS in Santa Cruz County, California.

 Raye was paid to take care of her mother, having arranged this with the local social services.  Her husband, David Kooker, was paying for everything related to RMN.

        October 5 - Major David Lee Kooker, Rayelan's husband, dies.   

Raye, without David to put his foot down, when on a spending spree, using the money for repairs to her kitchen, covered by her insurance, to do a make over of a modest home in a blue collar area which could never be recovered by increasing the sale price of the home and which drastically raised her operating expenses.  

The effort was made to support the site with Google AdSense ads, and that worked quite well for a time - until RMN became one of the earliest examples of being "de-platformed" when Google abruptly cut us off from their AdSense service.

Raye decided it was better to beg and be paid to kill me.  As it turns out, this was a stupid move on her part. 

(The appearance was that they had actively looked for an excuse to do that. One of the things they pointed to was a post in the RMN Archive from 8 years earlier that included photos of the damage that could result from the bite of a Brown Recluse spider. They said this was contrary to the "no gore" restriction stated in their terms of service.)
Oddly coincidental, this was at about the same time that a hacker, taking advantage of a software vulnerability in the server's operating system, managed to get in and delete 300,000 posts. The effect of that was that RMN also began disappearing, fading away from search engine results. That in turn made RMN less attractive to other advertisers.

Hobie did this to eliminate evidence of the frauds perpetrated by RMN on investors to their RMN Family Park.  They stole thousands and were afraid this would be reported. 

And, all that was going on around the same time that Raye was dealing with an unwanted house guest, whose antagonistic behavior was greatly increasing utility bill costs that Raye was obliged to be responsible to pay.

Raye begged me to come, which I did only reluctantly.  She was being paid by  a group who wanted me dead.  Read NEOCONS and also THIS PAGE  scroll down to 2011, July

I had been posting, and had been requested to do so, for years and barely knew Raye.  She begged me for help, and everything she said was a lie intended to lead to my death.  

The stress of not being able to oust that unwanted house guest probably set the stage for health issues Raye is now dealing with, years later.

Raye had all of the readers well conned then.  I put up the evidence and many realized they were being had.  Today, all of us know the CIA does not have good guys and bad guys, they are all about serving the elite and destroying ordinary Americans.  

If someone had deliberately set out to destroy Rumor Mill News, that combination of financial upsets and psychological stresses might well have been expected to do it. Yet, we're still here.
In earliest days, RMN was a pretty tightly-knit community. The Agents all knew Raye personally, as did many of the Readers, and it felt very much like a family, all pulling together to "shine the light", exposing the creepy-crawlies that had been hiding in the dark corners of the room. Rayelan was the first to speak of the Factions, working to further opposing goals behind the scenes, and in particular of Faction 2's long-term plan to take down the Federal Reserve and dethrone the folks back of it.

How can anyone today believe this idiotic propaganda?  Raye was born a conartist.  Read about her early life, one deceit after another. 

Today, not everyone of the Agents and not everyone who visits here has particular awareness of and relationship with Rayelan. But I believe Raye still thinks of the RMN Agents and Readers as family and friends. :) Which is why she's so free in talking about her personal trials and tribulations. That, and she's essentially transparent in her dealings with others anyway. :)

Does Raye ever provide anything which proves to be accurate?  No.  She is a propaganda operations and was from the start.  She is aging, but continues to refuse to take care of her future by cutting her expenses and accepting reality.   Hobie, Jeff Gordon of Atlanta Georgia, has the same kind of history.  He is also covered on this site. 

How does reading about supposed events which can never be proves and confound rationality be believed?  If you want to know the facts and protect yourself reduce your operating expenses, put in a garden, and know that Social Security is going away and they are about to steal your retirement.  

There are many con-artists in the world who sell you lies.  But no one you paid for information, "insider stuff", is going to help you when it hits the fan.  

Ponder this with me: Ben Fulford has a by-subscription membership arrangement at this own website. That arrangement is why we post a portion of his weekly reports on Monday and then the full reports on Thursday. Most of the article is 'embargoed', available only to subscribers, during those intervening days.
Members to Fulford's site pay $11 a month. Now, here are a few questions about that:
- How much money is Fulford realizing from that, each month?
- How is that money being spent?
I'd expect we all feel the answer to that first question is, "I don't know - and it's none of my business!" :) A price is stated; there's expectation of such-and-such benefit to be realized from paying it; and that's all anyone needs to know.
Second question: Almost the same answer. "It's none of my business what Fulford as site publisher does with the money coming in from subscription payments." No doubt he's paying hosting and perhaps webmaster expenses with it, and probably his Internet connection, and perhaps his smart phone and/or computer costs and perhaps a separate phone bill. But he could also be buying new clothes, tires for his car, maybe a Netflix subscription, etc., etc. And we wouldn't begrudge him any of it.

Is this an argument that RMN - Raye - is a cheaper disinformation site?  What difference does  it make when they are all lying to you?

So what's different here?
- The Fundrazr shows everyone how much money is coming in.
- Rayelan is forthcoming about what at least some of her expenses are.
- We don't embargo anything. :)

Hobie - Jeff, you don't embargo because you are selling fluff with no legitimate content.  But I'm sure that works for you.

Will the real Rayelan AKA Darlene Rae Smith of Salinas, please stand up?

First, let us dispense with the illusions Rayelan uses to cloak herself and Rumor Mill News.

• Rumor Mill News is a reposting site. The overwhelming majority of its agents put up stories originally published elsewhere. Sometimes they follow the correct rules for usage, sometimes not.
  
  
• The Internet has a multitude of reposting sites. RMN is in no way unique and the time it takes for hot, breaking stories to be noticed and posted there can lag badly on occasion.

Second, who is GreyOtter? Excuse my cynicism but my first thought was that this is another pseudonym for Jeff Gordon, AKA Hobie, AKA Zapper. It would be good to see some proof and stop the use of multiple identities. These do not fool the CIA or other government agencies. They are only intended to fool RMN Readers.

Perhaps RMN Readers believe if they donate for years and invest in a Family Camp Ground AKA Survival Compound, they have a right to know where their money went.   Just guessing!

The Issue of Advertising

When Rayelan asked me to take over doing the advertising for RMN there was practically no ad income. I was told Angel was handling it before. Rayelan said Angel charged $50 a month, no matter what the placement. 

 

No accounting was ever produced so I could know what really went on before my arrival.

Starting from scratch, I did research and discovered RMN was badly under pricing its ad space and put together a new tiered plan, including the banner ads in the middle. 

 

This was when I discovered many ads were not paid in money. Rayelan and/or Angel had been giving free ads to their friends, or trading ads for merchandise. Goods can not be traded to help pay expenses. This continued, despite my objections. 

 

Since there were no records I compiled a list of advertisers with dates for billing. Because Raye has never even admitted I was working for her I have not made this information available. 

 

Although I had been told before agreeing to take on the job funds would be available for making alterations on the site this never happened. Such alterations would allow the site to yield a far larger income but nearly as soon as I arrived in Ohio Rayelan suddenly claimed to be strapped for money. If changes were to happen I could either pay for it myself or get people to donate their time and resources. 

 

This was a daunting moment. The Radio Shows were generating income, however. I brought in new advertisers and in some cases wrote the ads which were then created, gratis, by J. Griff Griffin. Griff is fast and very professional, a delight to work with. 

 

Despite this, I reached out for more advertisers and managed to find some. But the site still needed upgrading and the number of hits continued to drop. 

 

Other sites have multiple pages with regular areas for advertising which allow the use of a template. This lowers the time it takes to attend to the advertisers while providing more space for those ads.

Asking for additional funds from regular Readers for this kind of a site is just sad.

In no part of RMN overseen by Rayelan was business carried out in a professional fashion. 

Others, including Griff, and the volunteers do an excellent job, despite this. 

 

In addition, Rayelan appears to use all money received as her private checking account. On several occasions I watched her order items for her own use and then tell a whopper to Readers to solicit extra money, too.

Buying 'stuff' not RMN, is Rayelan's main focus in life.

If the advertising had been handled as is usual for other online publications no begging, and lying about why funds were needed, if they actually WERE, would have been necessary. 

 

I contacted a web developer when I first arrived who offered to do the needed changes and manage the advertising for the site. I had seen his own sites and these looked great, loaded fast, and had lots of space for advertising. 

 

He looked over the site and offered to make the needed changes, run the site, and guarantee Rayelan an income of $10,000 a month. He said there was a lot of unrealized potential.  He was not making the offer from a sense of charity, rest assured.  Rayelan refused to talk to him.

In addition, remember the incident with OITC security. Their security expert told Rayelan RMN is on a CIA server. Rayelan implied she did not know and Jeff Gordon - Hobie - Zapper must have done it.  But Rayelan does not move the site. 

Thereafter, the folks from OITC disassociated themselves from Rayelan and RMN. 

Some of us would find this especially disturbing since we have the silly idea the CIA is opposed to our rights and carried out such violations of human rights such things as MK-Ultra.  

 

Who is Rayelan, anyway? The Princess of Obergon, come here from another star system to live over and over again until she finds her soul mate, Gunther? 

The Arch Duchess of Austria through some obscure understanding of inheritance which makes Wife No. 2 the recipient of the title even when Wife No. 1 birthed the children and a Wife No. 3 is now Gunther's widow? 

How did Gunther get to be the Arch Duke of Austria? 

 

Or are these strange stories just a way of distracting us from the fact Rayelan is really a CIA operative muddling along with a disinformation site which she cannot handle? 

 

Of course, the death threats and unwillingness to acknowledge any of our agreements are also rather odd. But everything about Rayelan is unusual, in my experience. 

 

There is, however, another possibility.

Readers have no idea just how expensive it is to provide the large webserver, internet connection, labor, and expertise to maintain it all. Reader Contributions, and Ad Revenues just barely keep it afloat. Recently Ad Revenues have dropped 80-90% !! If the short fall isn't corrected, they may be looking at shutting down. It's feasible, to many readers have installed "ad block", or "flash block" in their browsers. Yes...ads are irritating, but in rumormillnews's case a necessary nuisance. The alternative could be "shutdown", or go to a paid "subscription" service like many news outlets. If neither of the alternatives are to your liking, consider removing "ad block", and "flash block" from your browsers. Or ruling RMN an exception. Consider carefully what you do. ....and those readers who think they have the right to "DEMAND" rumor mill provide a complete "balance sheet", try that with the "Washington Post" or "New York Times". Rayelan Named as Mastermind in Murder for Hire by Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester

The story you find on this site and the related sites shows you what happened to one woman and those she loved and why none of us are safe. 

No honor among psychopaths, something these people would be wise to remember.

This article is going to explain why Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester is saying Rayelan is soliciting hit men to have me killed. You can listen to the tape HERE.

We will begin with the most recent round of manipulations, how I was enticed to relocate temporarily to Ohio by Rayelan, the owner of Rumor Mill News. Her campaign to persuade me began with offering me a weekly radio show and moved on to being paid to assist her dear friends, Alexander, the 13^th Duke of Manchester and his Duchess, Laura.

Believing Rayelan's statements that Alexander had been intentionally maligned in the media and needed assistance in clearing his name I agreed to put up a website, design a public relations campaign, and write a book. After I began the projects expanded to include selling the rights to video tapes of Michael Jackson which Alexander had in his possession.

This was a real whopper of a lie on Rayelan's part. The website I was forced to put up to protect myself from their assaults and lies is The Duke of Manchester.

I absolutely believed Rayelan until my own later research, necessitated by unfolding events, began to uncover the truth everyone who paid attention to the aristocracy already knew. Alexander is a psychopath, first diagnosed as such in 1984. (See the bottom of Page 9)

But during the period of my blissful ignorance I also began selling, writing, and managing the advertising for Rumor Mill, both the online ads and the radio ads, some of which I wrote. If things had continued with me simply supplying these needed functions I would have called this a smallish part time job added to other work I was then doing.

What I did not know was that Angel Lee had been handling the advertising for RMN for years and Rayelan did not tell either of us what she was doing.

This work was done remotely and there was no reason for me to relocate to Ohio on this account. I was then living in a house I owned in California.

Rayelan then claimed she needed me in Ohio because of her health problems and because she was being threatened by the Powers – Lee Family. She told horrific stories about them, painting them as slovenly, dishonest, sexually promiscuous and devious.

If you have followed Rumor Mill, which I never had, despite having posted there for several years, you would know it was members of the Powers – Lee Family who saved Rayelan when she lost her home in California, relocating her to Ohio. This meant going out there and packing her up, which she is incapable of doing herself. Rayelan is a hoarder at at this time has numerous storage until packed full of stuff she cannot live without.

Back to the non-existent threats by the Powers – Lee Family. They thought Raye was grateful for all they had done for her.  In return, they expressed their gratitude to her.

When they found out she was dumping them they were hurt and shocked.

By then I was already in Ohio.  I read parts of the letters but Raye did all in her power to persuade me they were also crazy.  Finally, they went away.

But while I was still in California I did not know these people and thought I knew Rayelan very well.  I was worried about her and astonished, wondering how she had found herself in this situation. The answer is, it was a lie thought up to play on my sympathies and get me to Ohio. Her motives we will get into later.

In the interim the Manchesters refused to pay for the website, repay Rayelan for the multiple loans she had made to them, and began attacking me, writing libelous letters about me and making calls to my clients and editor either themselves or in cooperation with a man named Jay E. Gell, who is married to my estranged daughter, Morgan.

Their claims were absurd. I have never had even a traffic ticket and spent my entire life raising a family, doing charitable work, and working for political and social change. They claimed I was being sought by the police and other authorities in a growing number of states along with other shocking and unsavory lies.

Enter another psychopath or two.

The reason for focusing on me has a simple explanation, which begins here.

You may remember Morgan if you pay attention to politics and scandal because she was the woman John Fund battered in 2001. This was even more scandalous because years before he and I had dated. I married someone else and we continued what I thought was a cordial political friendship. My kids grew up calling him Uncle John.

After their relationship started John became aware questions had arisen in my mind concerning his clear attempts to shape the news in ways which benefited the NeoCon cabal then forming around what would eventually be the presidency of George W. Bush. I had been researching this since John's calls to me, beginning before Clinton was inaugurated, began to include shocking stories about their administration and them personally.

Some could have been true, but not all of them, as they were contradictory. John's memory is not that keen.

But when I found out Morgan was being battered I overlooked these issues. I was frantic with worry. Look for my article, “13 years ago our world changed forever - What I learned from 9/11,” to be released September 4^th for a more complete explanation of why these people are so anxious to destroy my credibility. 

 

Morgan refused to leave Fund, who I was sure was going to kill her. I offered to put her through college, which she desperately needed being functionally illiterate. Morgan had spent ten years in college or taking acting classes after leaving primary school in the 8^th grade. She is not stupid, just focused on self-indulgence. 

 

During this time I should have listened to my youngest daughter, Ayn, who said bluntly, “Let John Fund solve the problem for us.”

Alas, for good advice ignored. Psychopathy can be inherited. Morgan got it from her father, Richard Lee Barteaux, my first husband. The marriage lasted six months. Richard never saw, or supported his daughter. 

 

If you listen to what came to called the Weasel Search Tape, recorded by Morgan to persuade me he, and how she, was lying this time, you will understand their characters.

Morgan married Gell in early 2005. He had gotten her pregnant, and was certainly old enough to know what he was doing. Gell was about ten years older than her and living in a trailer park in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Personally, I'm inclined to think this was the means used by the Cheney Rove cabal to keep her from revealing a secret which had the power to derail their ambitions.

I can only wish I had never again trusted her. But I did, briefly, to my regret.

In 2010 I was beginning to understand what had happened. My computer had been hit several times, these events coinciding with projects which could generate substantial income. The harassment came in multiple ways. It was only after I sat down and looked at these not just as bad luck but seeing the pattern intended to marginalize me. I began doing more research, seeing who was involved and how I had been deceived.

I decided to hit back using the Internet.

Providing the facts, evidence and humor, I put up a site called Greedville about the corporation, Green Hills Software, Inc., which had falsified documents to deny me my rightful share of assets when my husband, Craig Franklin, divorced me in 1998.

Craig, Senior Vice President of Green Hills, had cut a deal with Dan O'Dowd, GHS President, to mutually assist each other in fraud. O'Dowd orchestrated defrauding me. Craig orchestrated defrauding Glenn Hightower, Dan's partner, the man who had funded GHS originally. Green Hills became a contractor for the DOD in 2003. The timing is telling when you look at the Time Line on the time line on the John Fund site.

The personal and business ethics of a drone contractor Contractors supply everything the War Machine needs and that Machine is now being realigned to point at us here in America. When I looked at what was happening with drones and other technologies it was clear we need to focus directly on people who work for these companies and are not psychopaths.

Non-violent moralsuasion is the only means open to us.

Using the Manchesters, Craig and Green Hills managed to get the first site taken down in December of 2011. But in the summer of 2012 I put up another site and then oriented it toward the issue of drones. The original Greedville had information on what I identified as the Greedville Business Plan.

Last night I found it on the WayBackMachine and did some updating. The new Greedville site, the one with the stories is going up now.  These parts have been published.

But those involved originally had secrets to conceal and they knew, from past experience, I was not going to shut up.

A few months after this Rayelan said to me, “I knew I should not listen to them, that getting you out here was a bad idea.” I was stunned. Who was she talking about? I should also have wondered how many there were.

Psychopaths can cooperate when necessary, remember that.

Is Rayelan, owner and operator of Rumor Mill News a psychopath?

Who was she mean when she said they talked her into getting me to Ohio?

If she wanted me to leave why didn't she offer to make a settlement. We were willing to negotiate and be reasonable.

Get the facts, look at the evidence.

Today I am still caring for my disabled son, Arthur, 24/7 and struggling to eat. But I will not shut up. In what time I can spare I continue to work for justice for all of us.
