First, let us dispense with the illusions Rayelan uses to cloak herself and Rumor Mill News.

• Rumor Mill News is a reposting site. The overwhelming majority of its agents put up stories originally published elsewhere. Sometimes they follow the correct rules for usage, sometimes not.
  
  
• The Internet has a multitude of reposting sites. RMN is in no way unique and the time it takes for hot, breaking stories to be noticed and posted there can lag badly on occasion.

Second, who is GreyOtter? Excuse my cynicism but my first thought was that this is another pseudonym for Jeff Gordon, AKA Hobie, AKA Zapper. It would be good to see some proof and stop the use of multiple identities. These do not fool the CIA or other government agencies. They are only intended to fool RMN Readers.

The Issue of Advertising

When Rayelan asked me to take over doing the advertising for RMN there was practically no ad income. I was told Angel was handling it before. Rayelan said Angel charged $50 a month, no matter what the placement. 

 

No accounting was ever produced so I could know what really went on before my arrival.

Starting from scratch, I did research and discovered RMN was badly under pricing its ad space and put together a new tiered plan, including the banner ads in the middle. 

 

This was when I discovered many ads were not paid in money. Rayelan and/or Angel had been giving free ads to their friends, or trading ads for merchandise. Goods can not be traded to help pay expenses. This continued, despite my objections. 

 

Since there were no records I compiled a list of advertisers with dates for billing. Because Raye has never even admitted I was working for her I have not made this information available. 

 

Although I had been told before agreeing to take on the job funds would be available for making alterations on the site this never happened. Such alterations would allow the site to yield a far larger income but nearly as soon as I arrived in Ohio Rayelan suddenly claimed to be strapped for money. If changes were to happen I could either pay for it myself or get people to donate their time and resources. 

 

This was a daunting moment. The Radio Shows were generating income, however. I brought in new advertisers and in some cases wrote the ads which were then created, gratis, by J. Griff Griffin. Griff is fast and very professional, a delight to work with. 

 

Despite this, I reached out for more advertisers and managed to find some. But the site still needed upgrading and the number of hits continued to drop. 

 

Other sites have multiple pages with regular areas for advertising which allow the use of a template. This lowers the time it takes to attend to the advertisers while providing more space for those ads.

Asking for additional funds from regular Readers for this kind of a site is just sad.

In no part of RMN overseen by Rayelan was business carried out in a professional fashion. 

Others, including Griff, and the volunteers do an excellent job, despite this. 

 

In addition, Rayelan appears to use all money received as her private checking account. On several occasions I watched her order items for her own use and then tell a whopper to Readers to solicit extra money, too.

Buying 'stuff' not RMN, is Rayelan's main focus in life.

If the advertising had been handled as is usual for other online publications no begging, and lying about why funds were needed, if they actually WERE, would have been necessary. 

 

I contacted a web developer when I first arrived who offered to do the needed changes and manage the advertising for the site. I had seen his own sites and these looked great, loaded fast, and had lots of space for advertising. 

 

He looked over the site and offered to make the needed changes, run the site, and guarantee Rayelan an income of $10,000 a month. He said there was a lot of unrealized potential.  He was not making the offer from a sense of charity, rest assured.  Rayelan refused to talk to him.

In addition, remember the incident with OITC security. Their security expert told Rayelan RMN is on a CIA server. Rayelan implied she did not know and Jeff Gordon - Hobie - Zapper must have done it.  But Rayelan does not move the site. 

Thereafter, the folks from OITC disassociated themselves from Rayelan and RMN. 

Some of us would find this especially disturbing since we have the silly idea the CIA is opposed to our rights and carried out such violations of human rights such things as MK-Ultra.  

 

Who is Rayelan, anyway? The Princess of Obergon, come here from another star system to live over and over again until she finds her soul mate, Gunther? 

The Arch Duchess of Austria through some obscure understanding of inheritance which makes Wife No. 2 the recipient of the title even when Wife No. 1 birthed the children and a Wife No. 3 is now Gunther's widow? 

How did Gunther get to be the Arch Duke of Austria? 

 

Or are these strange stories just a way of distracting us from the fact Rayelan is really a CIA operative muddling along with a disinformation site which she cannot handle? 

 

Of course, the death threats and unwillingness to acknowledge any of our agreements are also rather odd. But everything about Rayelan is unusual, in my experience. 

 

There is, however, another possibility.

Readers have no idea just how expensive it is to provide the large webserver, internet connection, labor, and expertise to maintain it all. Reader Contributions, and Ad Revenues just barely keep it afloat. Recently Ad Revenues have dropped 80-90% !! If the short fall isn't corrected, they may be looking at shutting down. It's feasible, to many readers have installed "ad block", or "flash block" in their browsers. Yes...ads are irritating, but in rumormillnews's case a necessary nuisance. The alternative could be "shutdown", or go to a paid "subscription" service like many news outlets. If neither of the alternatives are to your liking, consider removing "ad block", and "flash block" from your browsers. Or ruling RMN an exception. Consider carefully what you do. ....and those readers who think they have the right to "DEMAND" rumor mill provide a complete "balance sheet", try that with the "Washington Post" or "New York Times". Rayelan Enlists Rumor Mill Readers in a Murder for Hire Conspiracy

We begin with a quote from Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester which occurs farther down the page where Manchester responds to the question of who is providing the money for a Murder-for-Hire Hit on his former wife, Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, Arthur Foster, his adopted, and disabled, son, and Wendy Montagu.

From the email sent by Manchester to Wendy at: August 7, 2014 at 9:10:10 PM PDT

"I do know Melinda's ex husband is involved and her kids..."

 I received the emails briefly quoted above and in full, below, as a single forward from Wendy Montagu, the former wife of Alexander, 13^th Duke of Manchester today. She and I provide a site which makes available to the public facts about her former husband, Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester.  It has worked, drastically lowering the number of people on whom he cons and extorts money.  Therefore, he is angry at both of us. 

The emails were immediately forwarded on to the agent for the local FBI who I contacted earlier today, sending him a copy of the voice mail received from Wendy earlier, also from Alex. Other steps are being taken with higher levels of the FBI, they being familiar with Alex from past experience.

It does not take any research to know from this exchange of emails that Alexander, 13^th Duke of Manchester and Rayelan are in contact and cooperating in a conspiracy, in effect hiring a hit man to kill me, my son, Arthur, and Wendy. Not that this stops there.

If you support Rumor Mill News, work for them, or send them money, you can be construed as a co-conspirator, having read this letter.

Note that just conspiring to kill someone is a felony and doing so as part of a conspiracy makes all acts of any conspirator the acts of all the conspirators. This means a felony has already been committed and all conspirators involved are equally liable. No overt act of violence need take place.

An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.

Conspiracy is governed by statute in federal courts and most state courts. And example of this from real life would be the incarceration of Jonathan Scott Franklin, who is now serving time in a California prison for paying a hitman to kill his wife, Kathy. No actual attempt was made, paying the hitman, who was a local law enforcement officer investigating the threat, which had become known, was enough.

Clearly, Rayelan, in communication and conspiracy with Alexander, 13^th Duke of Manchester, has substantially planned a contract hit on myself, Arthur, and Wendy,perhaps adding Wendy to engage Alex's assistance. The nominees for 'Hitman' are readers of Rumor Mill News, who would be paid for the service the amount of $500,000. Note I say paid. This is murder for hire.

This kind of activity is common among the group of co-conspirators of which Manchester is numbered. Jonathan Scott Franklin, my step-son from my marriage to Craig Franklin, is now serving time for just this offense. See Posting, Craig Franklin Site.

Several people work for Rayelan, either as paid staff or volunteers. Their names and contact information have now been provided to the FBI along with a mailing list I had on hand of the most supportive readers. Don't let this bother you if you have, wisely, never contributed money to RMN.

About Morgan Gell

Alex means Morgan. This refers to Morgan Gell, whose is in regular contact with Craig Franklin who has more than enough money to pay to have me snuffed out along with Arthur and Wendy if it suits his fancy. In fact, he has been thinking about doing this since his plans with Dan O'Dowd failed to go as planned in 1998. We'll get to that later.

However, where would the money come from? Even though Rayelan has been engaged in online panhandling for years now it defied belief she could have accumulated enough to actually pay a hitman, unless he or she would, perhaps, accept as a substitute payment 250 boxes of the happy hoarders stash plus the contents of multiple storage units.

I wonder what the cost is on that every month? I'll research and report.

When Rayelan first introduced me to the Manchesters, falsely testifying to their good values and characters, I believed she was acting as a benign intermediary. But events since then have caused me to reevaluate this assessment.

When Rayelan first broached a much closer association between myself and Rumor Mill News than I had ever anticipated. First, she offered me a free radio show. Just a few weeks later she breathlessly contacted me asking I assist her wonderful, much maligned friends, the Manchesters. This looks like a setup, in retrospect. She knew what the outcome had to be and was well placed to make me the target of vitriol which would then be ascribed to the Manchesters, who had nothing to lose.

Just a short time before this transpired I had put up a website which was causing consternation for my former husband, Craig Franklin and the president of the company for which he was then Senior Vice President, Green Hills Software, Inc. My reasons for doing this were the fact they had defrauded me of millions of dollars and left me to starve while struggling to care for my son, Arthur, the same son Rayelan is encouraging her Readers at RMN to help her murder along with myself and Wendy.

The story of how Green Hills' President, Dan O'Dowd, traded favors with Craig to deny me a marital share in Green Hills Stock is told in the article I wrote, “The Ethics of Drone Contractors.” The article covers what happened to me, in brief, moving on to the issues of ethics and drones.

This paragraph from the article documents Craig working out a way to have me killed using a hit man but unable to protect himself from being suspected.

“Craig at this time, late 1998 through 1999, had become obsessed with having a hit man kill his wife, according to affidavits given later by those talking to him every day. (Affidavit, Middle of Page 2) This came about because Melinda was, like Hightower, not following the carefully scripted plan he and Dan had laid out.”

As you read this you will note Alex routinely mangles the English language – but what he thinks manages to come through.

To summarize: 

Rumor Mill News Readers are NeoNazis, "idiots who are anti government." 

Rayelan supported, and continues to support a man who admits attempting to have her wife killed.  No one believed the man involved approached Manchester, Manchester went looking. 

If anything happens to "his kids," this from Manchester's letter, Wendy is responsible.   

First Amendment rights to not include telling the truth when it is inconvenient to any of the people in this Conspiracy. They are ugly characters, every one of them.

These people include, Craig Franklin, Jonathan Scott Franklin (inactive for now through circumstances beyond his control, though Kathy told me he was still trying to find someone to kill her from within the prison, which is why she is in a witness protection program with her two kids), Dan O'Dowd, Alexander, 13^th Duke of Manchester, Laura Ann Smith of Holly, Michigan AKA Her Grace, Laura, Duchess of Manchester, John Fund, Karl Rove, Dick Cheney, Rayelan Allen, AKA Darlene Rae Smith, Raye Smith of Ashtabula, Morgan Gell and Hubby, Jay Gell.

On the voice message Manchester left on her answering machine at the law firm where she words the number of conspirators named was ten. So they are probably not including Jonathan Scott Franklin.

This was not actually what I intended to write tonight, but it seems like it should come before other enlightening revelations, for instance the numbers of people living downstairs with Rayelan to do the cleaning and pack and move boxes into what was first described as her 'new house with a three car garage' which she had already bought, and then into storage. 

 What do you think it costs to get a varying number of workers to pack up over 250 boxes of 'stuff' and move them hither and yon? Not cheap. It is also not cheap to eat out continually, buy new dishes, which are delivered, and other stuff which, experience has shown, will soon be sitting at the curbside for pick up on trash day. 

The people Rayelan draws in generally change in about six week cycles, though a couple of them continue to stick around all the time. One of these is well known to Rumor Mill News people as Angel.  The exception to this is Jim Heath, who owns a ramshackle house around the corner from from Raye's rented habitat.  I was told, but have not yet verified, that Raye has been under threat of eviction because of her hoarding and a failure to clean up after her dogs. 

I strongly believe those donating should know what it is they are really supporting.  Read Raye's online panhandling letters and you will see she lives disaster and raised money from the sympathy of Readers who do not understand she makes all of her own problems from her nasty habits and incompetence.  Also consider your potential liabilities.

All of us have faced the specter of moving. How many of us have had eager supporters pay for this and, in an RV, pods, and come out to actually do the packing and moving?

The Lee-Powers Family, comprised of Mother Leigh, her son, Scott, and grand-daughter Amanda, along with her new baby, did the bulk of the packing. This was no small chore since Rayelan is a Hoarder of monumental proportions. 

Rayelan is 62 years old and has moved many times before.   

Most people winnow through their possessions when contemplating a move. None of us get out of life alive, as they say. Aging confronts us with the need to move past materialism to deeper, more meaningful values. We dig in, repurpose, gift our friends and community and focus in on what matters. Viewed in this way a move detoxifies us, allowing us to spend less time with stuff and more with the people we love and work which will continue to give after we are gone.

But this is too much like real work for Rayelan to even contemplate even if she does not say, but believes, she is going to live to be 150 years of age.

I am only addressing this to those who know me and what I have created at Rumor Mill News over the last 14 years... and have reached deep in their own pockets to see this amazing creation survive. MUCH, MUCH, MORE

The winnowing did not take place and vast amounts of 'stuff' was packed for transport, eventually choke two of the three stories of the house Rayelan would, after every possibility of another plan, fell through due to lack of any real life skills for organizing and running an operation, even her own move.

If you think Rumor Mill News is any better run, lose your illusions. Think of RMN as a money machine busily generating income by providing disinformation to the public candy-coated in fiction so incredible as to defy belief.

I will soon have no house. I have used the money that has come in this week to pay the bills to keep RMN on the web. I have no money to ship my things. I have no money to even buy gas to drive back to Ohio. I need a miracle soon or I will be homeless like so many others. If I am homeless do I use the money from my VA widow's pension to keep RMN on the internet or do I just give up RMN and RadioRMN and just try to stay alive.... like so many others are doing. If you can help with the costs of moving my vast library of research material and a few pieces of furniture, please email me. I am so tired of begging I just feel like giving up. When RMN was a magazine, everyone knew that they had to pay $5.00 a month for a subscription. With the internet everyone thinks everything should be free. I have given away RMN for free for 12 years. I have sold everything I ever owned of value just to keep it up on the internet. I have put RMN ahead of my own welfare and now I am facing a wall that I can't get over without help. If I have no help, then that means I can not continue to keep RMN on the internet or continue doing Radio RMN. I thank everyone who helped me this week to pay the bills to keep RMN on the internet a little longer. Please God. I need a miracle. If you can help me, email me. I am tired maybe I am seeing things darker than they really are... but here's the facts: I know I can't qualify for a loan to buy a house. I am trying to find a cheap RV that will make it back to the land we own in Ohio. I can live in it until I save up enough money to lease to own or just rent a house that will accept my three dogs... or build some Katrina cottages of dome homes on the land we already own in Ohio. But where am I going to get an RV with no money? How can I pay to have my things moved with no money? I'm probably just over tired and things will be better in the morning. I pray this be true. This is the land cited in Part Two in which RMN Readers invested, the Family Campground. This is the land which vanishes and the ownership of which is not in doubt, at least as far as the Assessor's Office for Ashtabula County is concerned. Has a status report, with financials, ever been issued for this offering? Inquiring minds want to know.

THE FIRST POD ARRIVED - THE MOVE TO OHIO BEGINS

This continuing drama allows Rayelan to position herself as a 'celebrity,' a position she loves as long as no one knows who she really is.

But Rayelan knows she had to move on August 1^st. This date will now slip. The move will not begin for nearly a month. 

There are no pictures in the post of the Lee-Powers Family.  

As always, the focus is on Rayelan.  

Rayelan will really, really miss her roses, but no people are mentioned.

While there is a naive charm to the story Rayelan tells here, and being told she is an idiot was unkind, Rayelan persisted in asserting she could see China. No one in her family explained to her the curve of the Earth, which would have happened immediately in my family if I had not noticed this for myself using my globe when I was three.

This goes to some real cultural differences and the impact they can have on the individual.

Rayelan has not changed. She still thinks what she says is true, even when it contradicts physical reality.

While Quantum Physics is changing many things about neurobiology and perception, some things are not going to change. Being willing to look at facts and change your understanding is essential to the advance of human consciousness and all forms of technology.

Making a virtue determined ignorance should not be encouraged.

Rayelan was cute as a child. Here she is today.

I'm Leaving California Tomorrow!! I Wonder if it will be for good?

My moving crew [The Lee-Powers Family – why doesn't Rayelan give credit here?] and I will be out of California about 2pm tomorrow... Not sure yet where we are staying... probably in Walmart parking lots...... Panhandling Online Continues ....I am still short about $2000.00 to complete the trip and actually have a house to live in when I arrive. I know it seems like I'm always asking for money... but with the completion of this move, I know I will not be doing that any longer. But I still need some help to get over this last hump... and then it's home free. Thank you so much for all the love and support you have given me during this moving phase. I appreciate it MORE than words can say. Thank you all!! If anyone has a few more nickles to toss my direction... I sure need them!! Here are the chipins... again... hopefully we can retire them very soon. PS... I'm very tired... I hope this made sense Much love to all, PPS... So, the Saga of the Move, beginning with the meltdown on Rayelan's mortgage, goes on for the first half of 2010.

The Lee-Powers Family clearly loved Rayelan and considered her a family member. This was true before, during, and after the move.  

You would not do this for a casual acquaintance, especially unpaid. 

Here is a Certificate of Appreciation and Love they gave her in July, 2011.   


But the focus is all about Rayelan. No cute little stories about the baby, or the people making it possible for Rayelan to evade the financial problems she claims to have suffered. 
 
Rayelan is very generous with expressions of love and gratitude, which you see as you read her Posts.  

But these generally mean a sense of obligation to those who have been generous, for instance the Powers-Lee Family. 

In the parts yet to come we will look for any signs this was sincere. Absent these such expressions are a form of manipulation, intended to keep people assisting you from misplaced affection and trust.
