Agent 86 advises, "It's spooky, 46 foolish folks have been tricked by the scam machine, don't you be one of them"

Let's take a moment to look at this newest attempt on the part of now elderly Darlene Rae Smith and Jeff Gordon of Druidland, Georgia, to entice the remaining shekels out of your pockets. 

It is a rule of fundraising to grease the wheels with shills who chum the water, so to speak, with 'donations.'  In legitimate fundraising these are real people who are close to the candidate and intended to donate.  They are asked to do so publicly to get the ball rolling.  However, it is also possible, especially when doing this online, to 'donate' money from the scammers own pocket which naturally goes right back into said pocket minus any fee charged by the business providing the software, for instance Paypal or the one now in use since Paypal started reporting to the IRS. 

Unless these Scamsters do something they are looking at the end of their scam, so they are motivated to engage in all of these useful tools.  Raye may also be making whining calls to people who are old Readers for whom she has contact information telling them out of view the whining lies she used to such profitable effect last year - or even making up new ones.

While she is now nervous about doing this publicly she would be free to engage this way in private conversations - until depositions start, of course.  

This is a losing battle because things are changing so  rapidly in the real world.  Big Oil is plunging and about to encounter even more deadly conditions.  Saudi Arabia ran a deficit this year and is dipping into reserves, of which they have few.  The Presidential Front is already threadbare with many simply sitting out and watching the show.  

Prosecutions are starting in multiple venues for fraud, including those in which 'Rayelan' and 'Hobie' have been intimately involved. But in the scheme of things they are small fish. 

Let's hope Raye is enjoying those lunches at the Senior Center and will soon be in assisted living thus eliminating RMN as a disinformation site soon.

Has Rayelan thought about raising mice instead of executing them in that pail or water?  Could be money in that, after all, they are raising insects for food now.  Also, she could send them along as perks to donors.  I bet donors would like a damp mouse as a pet - and we could put up a special Care2 section for the succor and protection of mice and get Rayelan some more publicity that way, too.

And how about those suggestions the Senior Services had for Rayelan?  I don't know what that daily lunch at the Senior Center on Main Avenue is like but she can find out and hang with people her own age at the same time.  And maybe they would like pet mice or to make a donation to RMN.  She can take a laptop and show it to them and do readings from Princess of Obergon.  Wouldn't they be impressed to know they have a celebrity in their midst? 

How old is Jeff-Hobie?  Maybe he could move on up to Ashtabula and they could share that posh, though mousily enhanced, estate.

Would you let some mice keep you from getting to work, if it actually was much work to sit at your computer occasionally and whine for money?  Always vague reasons, always more, more, more.  Listen up.  Raye just admitted she has medical coverage.  Why was she always asking for more?  Her coverage is through her deceased husband, Kooker, and it pays for everything.  Raye told me so, boasted about it.  And she treated a trip to the hospital like a vacation, loved the attention and, I now know, loved the fresh energy sucks she could get from her attendants.  Think about that for a moment.  Raye  is also sucking on you. It was like she had gotten a hit on a drug every time she picked up the mail and found a check from one of you.  She looked like she was on drugs at that moment.  Creepy.  It was one of the things which made me start thinking about what was really going on.

The same thing happened when the money came through online.  So, you think about that.  Also, think about those feelings of confusion and weakness when she picks the money up.  Examine your meridian lines and points. Vampires drill in there to get more energy. 

For your own safety, do not give her money.  Protect yourselves.  And DEMAND to see the bills and know who she says she is paying.

I am at home in the new country house. The sunrises and sunsets are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. If it were not for the mouse infestation this house would be perfect. But because of the mouse invasion, I have been spending my time hunting and killing mice. I think the tide may be turning for me because I no longer find mouse poop on my kitchen counters. I know there is at least one of the critters left because I saw him come out of one of my chest drawers. Neither I nor the dogs could catch him. A few hours later he was climbing up my drapes, which are behind my headboard, and making a beeline for the dog treats I keep on my nightstand.
The dogs went after him. Isn't it nice that my dogs are part rat terrier... Rat terriers were bred to hunt down rodents and kill them. And that is what they have been doing. In addition, I am catching them in a special trap that allows me either to catch and release somewhere else on the property, or catch and then drop in a bucket of water.
At first I was walking all the way to the end of the property... (11 acres)... and freeing them near the pond. Since this has been going on since May, I have given up catching and releasing. I now dump them in a bucket of water that I keep on the back porch for just such a thing.
Before I started actually killing them, I tried everything else I could find... from peppermint plants and peppermint essential oils, to trying to talk to the "mouse king" and telling him that his children are not welcome in my home. Nothing has worked completely.
I believe the mouse population has decreased because I no longer am finding their poop on the kitchen counters.
At somepoint in my mouse-daze, I started vomiting. I was able to stop it with some pills the doctor gave me... but the moment I was out of pills, the sickness returned. A friend who knew of the mouse infestation asked me if I had thought that my vomiting might be "rat bourne". Well, the cute little mice aren't rats... but they can also pass a "rat bourne" disease that causes you to throw up. At the moment I can't remember the name of it.
In addition to throwing up for months, I developed a flu-like illness. Cough... congestion... aches and pains. I know there is nothing that an MD can give for the flu or a cold so I just lived with it.... until it finally turned in to pneumonia.
I know that I was diagnosed with pneumonia one week ago because I just finished the 7 day antibiotic pack my doctor prescribed. Yes, there are times that those drugs which are made from things none of us want to know about... actually do some good.
Back when I believed I only had a bad cold, or at the most... the flu... I went to my chiropractor who offers a number of treatments... none of which are covered by my insurance. I really thought I was getting better so I continued with the treatments until one day I simply couldn't breathe. It must have been a weekend because I went to the ER instead of seeing my personal doctor who is an osteopath. That's how I found out I had pneumonia instead of the flu.
I am on the road to recovery. I believe my lungs are finally clear... but the exhaustion is mighty. It's all I can do to sit at this computer and write anything. And even when I do sit to write, I can't sit too long because I slipped on the stairs to the basement and bruised my tail bone. Evidently it takes a very long time for a bruised tailbone to stop bothering a person.
There, in a nutshell is where I have been and what I have been doing with my time.
I just checked my bank account and found that I am $800.00 overdrawn. When my Veteran's Widows Benefits arrive, I won't have enough left over to pay the rent or electric bill.
If the Fundrazr widget can be filled up to the $3,000 mark, I will have enough to pay the rent for the RMN office... aka... my house in the country... the electric bill and some more payments on the RMN server. I still can't believe I forgot to pay for the server for almost four months.
If you can help asap, it will mean the world to me.

Yes, you really need to read this one.  Agent 86's comment was,"Desperate teaser from Hobie, global currency reset and the dinar, a scam brought to you by Hobie, no light to shed since it is all bullshit."  And I agree - but what is most pathetic is the 'shining light' while urging and shilling for scams like the revaluing of the Iraqi Dinar.  Talk of a global reset has been floating for years, and may happen since the upper .0001%  are long since vested in real estate (for afterwards) and sustainable energy (for themselves) and every other off grid technology they could get their hands on. Their personal lives will be slightly altered but not greatly impacted.

You should have been busy getting off grid in communities where you have people you can rely on, REAL COMMUNITIES.  If you send these people a cent you will get what you deserve because they do not intend you to survive.  Rayelan is probably on the phone non-stop now begging for help from the people who 'employed' her from the time she was turning in her friends and lovers to the Alphabet Agencies.

The travails of RMN's publisher, Raye Allan Smith ("Rayelan"), during this time have been considerable, and they're not quite over yet. We may hear from her about specific needs as October begins to come to a close.

A Reader who uses the Handle 'J' posted a link to a long and interesting dialog between himself and Jeff Gordon-Hobie-Zap-Zapper which should receive your attention and consideration for multiple reasons.

J is someone who is following issues and interested in seeing issues resolved in ways which puts people in control of their own destinies.  The issue J expresses interest in is  Health Care.  He is actually very civil to Jeff (Hobie) but objects to Hobie's injections of irrelevancies in the dialog. 

Health Care would not be an issue today if directing the choices of Americans was not being used to disallow choices to Americans which they would otherwise have.  Health Care is a Grid industry, meaning the options are artificially limited to those most profitable to physicians, Big Pharma, and the related industries who are cooperating to keep control.

This has been one of the reasons the growing of Hemp and related products has been so strongly opposed, though legislation to limit the growth of Hemp, beginning before WWII, was also opposed by Hearst (issue of material to be used for the production of paper), Hemp as a source for  oil and other material in the production of automobiles, and of course Hemp products as a medicinal application.  Hemp was the first plant used for medical purposes in China over 5,000 years ago.

The AMA used legislation by Congress to establish Western Medicine as the only allowed source for medical technologies (American Medical Association) in the same decade we were forced to accept the FED (1913), the Internal Revenue Service (1913) , and the Brown Act (1903). 

Those responsible for the changes in the practice of medicine were strongly represented by the same people who had made fortunes in the Opium trade, including the Mather family.  Since the 1600s these people have been Merchantilists, viewing government as a means to restrict and control trade.   All of these practices violate the rights of individuals to choose for themselves.  The rationalizations presented by  the collection of individuals holding this viewpoint are fascist and corporatist.

There is NO free market when government has anything to say about our choices.

Over the last century such choices as Mutual Insurance, a membership approach to spreading the risk for the need for medical care, fire, earthquake, flood, and other incidents which could take place in our lives have been replaced by corporate models for risk management and mediation.

Someplace I may have up some timelines on Big Med along with timelines on financial systems.  Greedville was a game I designed to show people how the present Grid system works.  If anyone is interested I'll poke around and try to locate it. 

Anyway, very instructive.  Serious discussion can be lively but it needs to stay focused on the point issue or it is pointless.  J is very correct in his criticisms of Jeff Gordon from Atlanta (Hobie.)

OK  Now we know RMN costs Raye $299 a year for everything.  So, what you are 'giving' is to be used for her indulgences and those debts she chooses to pay off.  However, it is likely that many of these 'gifts' are recycled immediately to those who chummed the waters of her scam.

It is her last husband's social security that Rayelan is collecting, the amount she would receive based on her earnings would be minimal, she is collecting widows benefits. She was eligible for widows benefits at age 60, so that would have been 2008. So after he died, she collected his military pension, her mother's social security, her new job paid for by California tax payers of paid caregiver of her mother, plus whatever scam money she was generating.

In addition to the above, it appears that grifter Rayelan took a second mortgage/equity line on the property her husband bought in 2001 for $210,000, the same property was sold for $207,000 on 1-12-11.

Agent 86 writes, "More lies, as pointed out by sskids, they purchased the house in 2001 for 210k, yet Watsonville's very own Perils of Pauline, the perpetual damsel in distress, just magically found herself burdened by a $300k mortgage"

I think what happened is that Raye discovered she could borrow more money on the house to squander on her dream kitchen and other indulgences.  This is a common theme with psychopaths, they have no grip on reality.  And it worked for her because although she lost the house she got Readers to pay to relocate her and cover for her other idiocies.

Raye's entire cost for RMN appears to be $299 a year.  

"Up until 2005, Rayelan paid most of the costs for RMN out of her own pocket.

Husband, David Kooker, a retired Major, appears to have been the source of this temporary rectitude imposed on Raye.  Her history while with Russbacher was sheer and unadulterated greed and scams.  The two also used credit card information entrusted to them without the permission of the card owners to go to Europe, supposedly so Gunther could be crowned as Arch-Duke of Austria.  Instead, he was arrested.  

In the last few years the RMN readership has grown and this requires a larger bandwidth which means more money. RMN is not like your child's free webpages. RMN is a professional news site with a daily readership between 38,000 and 47,000 each DAY and a monthly hit rate between 41 million and 59 million.

 Bandwidth for Wordpress appears to be unlimited.

Repeating a lie over and over again does not make it true.   Raye is lying yet again on multiple issues to protect her scam.

Raye decided who will be able to participate and who will not.  Decisions are unilateral and no explanations are provided.  This is why the only 'Agents' are unpublished writers who are reposting the work of others without permission. The rules for fair usage are not followed generally and no comment is made by Raye as 'editor'  or 'publisher.'

Raye's pretenses have no bounds.  The well-respected Phoenix Project, which supported her and Gunther for a long time eventually realized they were being conned and cut the connection.  But they remained aware of what Rayelan was doing.

This article from August 25, 2004 lays out several of Rayelan's lies about her history, including her continuing claims of a relationship with Gunther Russbacher and how it ended. 




Much of her credibility hinged on that relationship, though it appears Russbacher was, himself a con-artist. 

 Rumor Mill News was started first as a print publication, following the example of Phoenix Project Journal.  When the internet became available Major David Kooker, who Rayelan had married in 1997, less than a year after Gunther dumped her for Jane.

Russbacher would have had no reason to help Rayelan and there is absolutely no proof any of his 'friends' were posting on RMN.  However, the security man for OITC state  that the  RMN  server was hosted on a CIA server farm in early 2012.  David Sale was on the conference call and heard this as well.

David Kooker paid to start the online publication, according to Rayelan.  She had married him because he had money and she needed it.  While Kooker was living the scams and pleading for money was minimal.

Rumor Mill News is one of the oldest independent news websites. FALSE It was started in 1996 as a monthly news magazine. NO PROOF  My husband, the late Gunther Russbacher and his friends in the CIA, MI6 and other intelligence agencies were my sources.


In 1998 it went up on the web. We are not like the Main Stream Media or government funded sites. RMNews is totally independent. We rely mainly on donations from our readers.

First, RMN relied on Major David Kooker for funding.  Then it ran on begging and the cons associated with the 'Family Camping Ground,' supposedly being built in Ohio that disappeared taking with it tens of thousands of donor dollars still unaccounted for.  

RMNews is not like PBS or the BBC. We are NOT a propaganda arm of any government.

Rayelan was a fan of George W. Bush.  She has consistently associated herself as opposition with high level contacts.  Have you seen any proof this is true?  

RMN doesn't take kickbacks from the corporations that fund most of the mainstream media  and therefore the major media has to march to their drum beats.

Why would anyone give such a marginal and questionable operation kickbacks? Dinar scammers are not major corporations.  

Because we are independent we do not have to toe the party line, whether it be the government, or the war mongering corporate line. Of course this means we don't have corporate sponsors. This is why we rely on donations from our readers.

Now, what is their 'strategy?'  To tell more lies?  That has really worked for them. (Not)  Make false police reports?  What advice did Morgan, Craig, The Duke and Duchess, Karl Rove, John Fund, Dan O'Dowd, Dave Chandler, Dick Cheney et al give them?

Agent 86 sent me an email this morning commenting on the removal of claims made by Raye.  Here is what he said.  "Rayelan took down the thesis length braggadocio 'story' about having hundreds of agents, not like the controlled media giving you the news they don't want you to know ad nauseam for this short but not sweet lie.   What could it mean?   Caution about being sued for false advertising and scamming?   I think she may be paranoid about claiming the no electric, no food, no phone lies lest someone call social services."

Of course, I did comment this would be a very good thing to do because if I saw an elderly person unable to care for her personal needs this would be the dispassionately correct action to take.  

But if the Elderly One is only using the claims to scam then the visit would be a threat of enormous proportions since, naturally these would be conveyed along with the request to ensure the safety of the Elderly One. 

As noted by Agent 86, these were immediately removed. Hobie's nasty jibe about skipping that trip to Starbucks remains, however.   Go have yourself a cup NOW!

I need $400 to pay This Month's Server Bill - Or RMN Goes Dark maybe FOREVER!

I forgot to pay last month's bill of $400.00. I am late by almost 20 days on this month's bill. I pay on the 15th. I owe our server owner $800.00.
If I do not pay him $400.00 asap we will lose all of the information that is posted on RMN and sadly, we will lose the best server we ever had. He may be a friend, but even friends have to be paid.
If you love RMN please contribute what you can so we don't lose RMN completely.

OK, J, here it is.

I've had visions and known things were either about to happen or where happening all of my life. The visions are different. More detailed and visceral but less personal in a way.

The vision with the fiery mass - globe approaching the Earth came the first time about 20 years ago. 

I was washing dishes and suddenly I could see it approaching me but I was no longer in the house. From the angle of approach I must have been at about 10,00 feet and rising. While it was going on I had no questions about it. It was to be expected. Part of me accepted the deaths and terror as natural and necessary. It was very dispassionate. I felt myself leave my body.

Past death there was a growing consciousness of the forces of the natural world, large, small microscopic and smaller still.

I could hear the Earth moving and adjusting almost like it was a sentient being preparing for the impact. I could feel the layers of life with the Earth as one of these. The Earth had a long and deep energy, lots of complexity in directions it was hard to encompass. I did not try, I just merged with it.

There was an acceptance of events as if it had already happened and the wounds were healed. She, I felt the Earth as a nurturer, Calling her it feels like a disrespect.

I felt her knowing what was coming. It was a rip across the surface of her skin. I could feel the different forms of life, all part of her consciousness but one in her. The extension of her consciousness into the unseen world of spirit was also very present.

The oncoming fire also held a consciousness. In each case this was very different than how I experience myself as an individual. When this happens I can feel the limits of human consciousness. It was as if the I subsumed the multitude of organisms which my body holds as part of me also reaching for a presence I cannot explain.

Nothing was lost, only gained. Time slowed down. I could hear my heart pumping. A breath felt as if it was lasting for hours and the experience continued. Even though I was far above the Earth I felt warm and enveloped. There was no fear.

When the fire struck the Earth welcomed it as a cleansing. It seemed like the mass broke up, most of it continuing on to strike the Earth again and again as the impacts continued. If the surface of the Earth was skin it was a burning wound which was already healed.

There were lots of images which would have had to be allegorical. I saw the fire as a multitude of roses blooming, curling and dying. Now that I think about it I used that image in a poem I wrote about 9/11.

The Earth began to adjust, like a person rolling over in bed, to find comfort. Someplace in my mind I knew the ring of fire had to be impacted but it was a very impersonal observation. The aftermath felt like crackling followed by easing.

For life to go on cooperation has to take place. It is synergistic. It is not the negotiations of egos but an outcome of the merging of consciousness.

For those in the path of fire there is only devastation in the moment. But it was not the end.

People have asked me to tell them about visions before. Usually they ask questions and I tell them what I am seeing. This vision was different because it includes the merging more clearly. Sorry if the words do not convey what I saw.
