Damsel in Distress? No Demon Hit By her Own Devious Devices which did not Work

YouHoo! Damsel in Distress! Is there a philanthropist in the room? karma is biting chunks out of DRS's ass

Demon in a Dress

Yes, 86, this is an incidence of Quick Karma.
Raye and Robert Brobst, and perhaps his wife, contacted the energy company, Illumination in early January of this year, after I had put the name of the utilities in my name in the mistaken belief that since Raye had closed her accounts on December 30, 2014 at close of business, her move was imminent – as in that weekend.
I then called Landlord Brobst and left a message asking he contact me so I could arrange to rent the house. He never called. Instead, he, Raye, and perhaps his wife, Stormie, contacted Illumination and apparently engaged in identity theft, telling the Superintendent I had given my consent to a change in my new account. I had not done so and would not have under any circumstances.

When I became aware of this I immediately made plans to move, finally realizing Raye and others were acting in conspiracy to keep me from holding her accountable for enticing me to come to Ohio and then attempting to sell the lie I had never worked for her and also recharacterize my housing, which was a benefit of my employment and so deductible by Raye from her income tax.

I called Illumination and made several complaints when I realized that they had stopped, and then restarted my account without my permission on February 2nd, 2015, when I expected to be moving within a short time.

Illumination could, at the request of the landlord, end my account but they could not then restart it without my having given permission.

On the fourth call I persuaded the Superintendent to review the record and she realized it needed to be bumped up to another level, and did so. Then she explained it appeared to be a case of identity theft and told me to make a formal complaint to the FEC, which I did.

This could be a civil tort except except for some circumstances which make it possible it was criminal. I am pursuing this along with the other advice provided to me through the FEC and other agencies.

So, now Raye is being billed for attempting to create the appearance I was paying part of the cost of housing, which she probably intended to use at some later time.

Hi, Folks -
Rayelan's electricity has been shut off - and because her water comes from a well, that means not only no electricity but also no water, including no working toilet.
Why? There's an unpaid bill totaling about $2000. The electric company says they're not interested in partial payment; the entire amount must be paid.
How? Apparently the bill covers the period from January through till now. Rayelan says she never saw a bill from the electric company for service at the new rented house; she figured the landlord was paying it while the house was being readied for occupancy, or thought perhaps it was included in the large amounts of the electrical bills at the previous house.
Raye's already begun figuring out how to survive this - battery powered lanterns; alternative toilet arrangements; etc. - but with this happening on top of the toothache, her general weariness, her Jeep being in hock, and mice running all over the place, she's not the happiest of campers right now.
Thus my call for a philanthropist. If there's anyone among the RMN Readers whose pockets are deep enough to be able to deal with this particular situation, this would be an ideal moment to step forward and help someone who really needs your help.
If there's not such a one present and willing to help, it's back to "just us folks" with however much we might be able to manage, together. If 250 of us contribute $10 apiece, we would save the day. :) (250 instead of 200, because PayPal takes a bite from each amount contributed.)
Right now, the FundRazr widget is at $3416, thanks to the 54 very fine folks who have contributed already this month. So our goal to cover this urgent need of the moment is, let's say, $5500 or better.
God bless us every one.

  1. OMG!!! Don't the power company and the new landlord know who Rayelan is? Have they not read "The Amazing Life of Rayelan Allan"? Do they not know of her past acts of heroism? Do they not know that she has at least 20 SEALS protecting her at all times? Of course the electricity should be paid for by the new landlord or given for free by the power company as tribute to her Royal Highness.

I will personally forward a copy of the fore-mentioned document and all will be well in Rayeland, land of the perpetually negative bank account. It is the least I can do!

    1. Yes, sskids, the Seals must have been in the middle of their mating season or something. And I am sure Illumination will be really, really impressed to hear Rayelan, with her beloved Gunther, who dumped her because she was too fat, feels that falsifying evidence is not a crime. It also might have been too much time spent with those CIA types who thought assassination was good clean fun and or a natural extension of their corporate business plans.

  2. DRS is going all in. What are the chances anyone believes they'll ever see that money again?

    Hi, Folks -

Rayelan urgently asks whether some ONE or some FEW TOGETHER can LOAN her the needful $2500, right away? To be paid back soon, and she'll sign a loan agreement if that's needed.

    1. She is probably getting ready to declare bankruptcy and wants to top off before then. Or she could have decided she needs some money to pay Robert Herman so she can sue me because she thinks that would shut me up. Or, she really intends to pay the electric bill. That is unlikely, but possible. She should publish her bills and real intentions if she wants people to trust her. And they should make sure she cannot declare bankruptcy on the 'loans.'

Fat chance anyone is dumb enough AND solvent enough to loan that spendthrift, credit bandit Rayelan $2500.00. She already borrowed $500 from some foolish reader and earlier this morning it was only $2000.00 needed. Her signature is worth exactly $0.00 as the mortgage company, credit card company, water company, cable company and now the electric company have found out for themselves. Face it, nobody wants your hoard of garage sale thrift store treasures as collateral and you cannot afford your entourage of paid friends/servants. Deal with it.

  4. She's going to need at least $1500 to file, which is the low end. Those folks are out their money, and anyone who gives her money now is out as well. She'll file a Chapter 7 to eliminate all debt, unless the court finds out about all the money she tweaks from the rubes, and she doesn't want to go there, even though I don't think she's smart enough not to. I have to laugh, every time I'd hear her bleat, it was like something out of an old southern novel. "Oh my, I do declare, how can I have all no money left, I still have checks!" And as I expected, she's pulled out the "Alzheimer's" card.

(That's 3 donations for $170, yet the Hose-ster posted update thank you's the past few days. Are they deleting comments to fool the rubes?)

  6. I wonder where their hits are now? What is that site where you check? These donations may be shill generated, too. And one wonders what they are not posting which is coming through along with what is just not arriving. Thanks for keeping an eye out, Anon!

  7. I just compare Hoseter's comments with the Fundrazr widget. The number never match.

You can't donate without signing in with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc. Not sure how Fundrazr works, but I would think as the owner, you have the ability to delete posts that are negative, etc, so why not any post? As a old poster once commented to Hoseter, and was summarily made fun of, a person receiving disability cannot make over 5K per month. I'm thinking they delete donation comments to make sure they don't go over the limit. Most of the rubes wouldn't notice how many times the Hoseter thanks people and put 2 and 2 together. They're in desperation mode now. Next should come, I can't pay the server and I'll have to sell or shut down the board. Good riddance. Not a single thing of value or reality posted in anytime I've looked. For me, it's more satire, listening to the bleating squeals of Mama Pig
