Raye Allan Smith files a Civil Case Against Melinda - Filing created February 11, 2015

UPDATE - I chatted with the Clerk's office and I can pick up the judgement this afternoon.  I will immediately scan it in and get it up for everyone to read.  Still no clarification on what Raye meant by Friday.  Or maybe she means I will be served on Friday, though I would be happy to pick it up when I am in there today.

And Raye has filed an eviction action against me, curious when she is supposedly moving and, presumably would have moved (finally) before any court date could be reached. 
 
I wonder what the court will make of this?   I think depositions are in order, especially that of Robert Brobst, the landlord who cooperated to remove my name from the utilities, to be restored on when, presumably, Raye had moved out on February 2nd.  

The case was filed yesterday.  I have not yet been served.  I will request the information from the court, go down and accept service, as I know where the office is located.  This is not a large town.

Now, this is all well and good but what does Raye think is going to happen tomorrow, Friday?
