We are now finishing the first phase of action on the issue of Rumor Mill News, Rayelan Allan, born Darlene Rae Smith in tiny Crow's Landing, located in Central Valley, California and her eager, and professional assistant, Jeff Gordon, also known as Hobie and Zapper and likely by other personas.

Others associated do not appear to have their own roots in disinformation, even if they are aware of the nature of the site.

Disinformation sites drain our attempts to correct the present course of events. Rumor Mill News is especially troublesome because it worked so well it became a model for disinformation and internet fraud since its inception. Its founder, Rayelan Allan, was a practiced con-artist who had preyed on the Movement before there was an active Internet. She appears to have learned the ropes from her quasi husband, Gunther Russbacher, himself as asset and con-man.

By building castles in the air promising fortunes to be made, which have no basis in reality, many have been immobilized in wait mode. This is nothing but a form of gambling.

The incidence of gambling rises when people are desperate.

Building out disinformation sites was predicated on the assertion a centralized power was needed to defeat the New World Order. Nothing could be further from the truth. Only the people themselves, can take effective action.

To accomplish this the form of commerce must be realigned to the model of the yeoman farmer, who was the essential force behind the success of the American Revolution. Transitions related to commerce, for instance forms of exchange, must also change. Money, as used today, makes theft by centralized authority far easier.

The form for individual power cannot be artificially injected after the fact. It must be the root and seed of the effort.

Individuals working together in their local communities must relearn cooperation locally and sharing information regionally, nationally and globally.

From its first application centralized control of government has proven the adage by Lord Acton, “Liberty is the prevention of control by others. This requires self-control and, therefore, religious and spiritual influences; education, knowledge, well-being.”

and

“Every thing secret degenerates, even the administration of justice; nothing is safe that does not show how it can bear discussion and publicity.”

Disinformation sites cannot withstand transparency.
